The “Derry Clarke at Home “ range is the result of a partnership between Derry Clarke, Michelin Star Multi Award Winning Chef/ Patron of l’Ecrivain Restaurant, Dublin, together with Michael Bermingham & Tom Whelan both Award Winning Master Butchers. This hand made range started five years ago and now has a wonderful high quality breakfast range of bacon, sausages and black & white puddings. We also have delicious speciality sausages, cured bacons and flavoured black & white puddings too.
Our sausages have a minimum 70% meat content, delivering exceptional quality & taste.
Our range of flavoured puddings include Apricot Black Pudding & our delicious Honey & Apple White Pudding.
