Crispy Grazerfield Dry Cured Bacon, Galberts Mini Pancakes, Maple Syrup, Fage Yoghurt

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet dry cured bacon
  • 1 packet mini pancakes
  • 1 jar maple syrup

METHOD:

  1. Grill or fry the bacon until crispy.
  2. Reheat the mini pancakes in a low heat oven or grill until warm.
  3. Serve pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup and a spoonful of yoghurt.
